User rights: The websites you create with the WebVidra software, the generated source code (HTML/CSS), and the content you import into the software (images, texts) are 100% your property. The Developer does not claim any rights or share in the websites you create. You are free to sell, modify, and publish your completed works.
SPECIAL WARNING: AI Features and Data Security
1. Unintended modifications and Deletion:
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) integrated into the software directly modifies the source code and structure of the website based on user instructions. It is possible that the AI misinterprets the instruction and makes unintended changes, including the accidental deletion or overwriting of existing, important content elements (texts, images, blocks, project data).
2. User Responsibility:
The User acknowledges that the use of AI involves risks. The Developer expressly disclaims liability for any data loss, damage to the project structure, or disruption to the workflow occurring during the use of AI features.
3. Recommended precautions:
We recommend always creating a backup of your working directory (project) before making major modifications or issuing AI instructions. Although the software includes an Undo option, its functionality is not guaranteed in all system environments or for all types of errors.
4. Hosting Service and Deployment:
The software provides a technical interface to access external hosting providers (e.g., Netlify, Bunny.net). The User acknowledges that these providers are third parties independent of WebVidra.
The Developer takes no responsibility for:
The availability or operation of the uploaded websites;
The security or loss of data stored with the external provider;
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of third-party providers.
The use of external services is strictly at the User's own risk.
5. Partnerships and Commissions (Affiliate Disclosure):
Links pointing to third parties (e.g., hosting providers) found on the WebVidra website and within the software are so-called "affiliate" (partner program) links. If the User clicks on these links and utilizes a service, the Developer may receive a commission. This incurs no additional cost to the User. The Developer solely recommends services whose quality they are convinced of, but assumes no responsibility for the services of third parties.
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) features integrated into the software are experimental in nature. The Developer assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of the content (texts, code snippets) generated by the AI. The AI may occasionally generate false information ("hallucinations") or flawed program code. Verifying and utilizing the generated content is strictly the User's own responsibility in all cases.
